Africa Safari Expert

I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, and have always had a deep connection to Africa's wildlife and landscapes. During my time at Go2Africa, I have been fortunate enough to share my expertise in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda, crafting unique safari experiences for travellers. I have also grown and increased my knowledge of the excellent safari and beach options that lie in Southern Africa.

Every day, I learn something new about my amazing continent. My passion lies in showcasing the beauty of Africa and its incredible wildlife, while highlighting the importance of protecting these natural treasures for future generations. Every journey is an opportunity to appreciate the wonders of the continent, and I am dedicated to ensuring each safari is not just a trip, but a meaningful and unforgettable experience. I love sharing Africa's glory with the world.

Soulful Safari Reflection

My most memorable safari moment was in Samburu – Northern Kenya. The late afternoon sun's intensity had lessened, but you could still feel the heat rising from the ground. I sat on the shaded deck of my tent at Sasaab, looking down at the Ewaso Nyiro River – the heart of this wild place. A gentle breeze rustled the acacia trees, carrying the scent of dry earth and a hint of the wild sage that is common to this area. I closed my eyes, listening to the sounds of the bush.

Then, the silence was broken by a slight shriek from the horizon. A family of elephants appeared, moving together as one. The matriarch, with her wise presence, cautiously led them to the water. Soon they were all enjoying a drink and the younger ones were splashing and frolicking playfully, their joy echoing across the river. From my perch, I felt that in that moment, I was not just an observer.  The river flowed, the elephants moved, and for a little while, I felt like I belonged in their world.

Most Memorable Experience Organised For A Client

The best moment for me was helping two newlyweds plan their honeymoon in Tanzania. Their inbound flight gave us a bit of a challenge, and we had to change dates a few times. I was so thrilled when we finally managed to get their connecting flights to perfectly match their itinerary. It was incredibly rewarding knowing they were all set for a special and unforgettable trip!
